We provide service to direct customers and work together with local locksmith companies.
Booking and service
- We are a mobile service. A technician drives to the vehicle, door or building you tell us about.
- A job is booked when we confirm a technician and an arrival window with you by phone.
- Before work starts, the technician tells you what the job requires.
- Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree something different with you in advance.
- We may decline a job we cannot perform safely or lawfully — for example, when no one is present at the vehicle or property, or when ownership or authorization cannot be shown.
Text messaging terms
We send and receive dispatch-related text messages with technicians and partner companies who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
We text only with our technicians and partner companies. We do not send marketing text messages.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
